FLAGS" And "WARNING SIGNS"
If an employee displays a dramatic behavior or personality change and suddenly becomes hostile, it is vital for the supervisors and co-workers to find out why the change has occurred. A referral to the
Employee Assistance Program (if your company has one) or
mental-health counseling may be necessary.
Employees who fit one of the below descriptions may become violent.
If an employee does any of the below, action should be taken (talk to your business attorney about setting up guidelines):
