As we installed the scanner, we found it fairly simple to install. The SCSI interface Plug & Play interface card popped in with no problems, and the software recognized it quickly. We thought even a child can do this! ( well an older child)

The scanning was even better the built-in transparency unit is really neat to use for the first time, scanning negatives was something that I had never done before, and taking a little tiny negative up 3200% makes it so easy to work with, And the color . . . . . .

We had a tech on the phone in just under 40 seconds, all of our questions were answered without being put on hold (very knowledgeable tech’s) with a friendly manner this tech knew what he was talking about! If all of the Technical Support staff is as good as this gentlemen was ACER has a winning team.
