Hey, What Did You Do For Memorial Day?

Maybe You Should Have Done This.

As I write this article, we are just ending another Memorial Day.  We are also ending the clean up and search at the World Trade Center.  Maybe it’s time to stop thinking of Memorial Day as a day off of work, and start to remember what it is really there for. It’s not there so we can get off work and go out and play.  It is a day set aside to remember those that gave their life and limb so that we could continue to live the American way of life.

Even those Veterans (and not just on “Veteran’s Day”) that did not “Give life and limb” should be thanked.  Any and all persons that have been willing to put and have put their lives in harms way to protect this country and it’s citizens need to be remembered and thanked; especially by those of us that have never served in the armed forces.  We urge all our readers to check out this web site:

It’s time to stop partying on Memorial day, and say thank you.
