How Come Your Auto Care Professional Isn't As Good As This One!

I have been searching for a mechanic for years and years that would tell me the truth, honestly try to repair the problem without replacing numerous parts and suggest realistic maintenance visits. Well, I have finally found one. Northridge Auto Service (818) 349-2620 has him. He, Eric, is actually the owner of the shop. His knowledge of auto mechanics is extensive and he really knows how to keep his clients happy.

Just the other day, Friday, February 2, I took my car in to have the air condition repaired. He told me that the main components would probably need to be fixed at a price of over $500.00 and that I would be out of a car for the weekend. This was all right with me because another mechanic, I had asked a few months earlier had quoted me more. Eric called me later that day to let me know that the air was repaired and that he had found a way to make the old part work. The price was, also, extremely less than his first quote. He even mentioned that the next time I was heading out to the Colorado River that I should stop by first and have the car’s fluid levels checked; He really listens to his customers because my fiancée only told him once that we travel there often.

This is not the only time he has helped me out. My fiancée’s truck went for a regular maintenance service. Eric finished this early and noticed that the brakes were running thin. He didn’t insist that they needed to be replaced. He just mentioned that we should make sure they were checked out on the next visit. He could have sold me something that I didn’t need, but he is an honest guy.

Everything he has repaired on my car and my fiancée’s truck has really been fixed; I have never had to take it back to him to have the problem looked at again. He has only been my mechanic for a short time, but he is the mechanic that you send everyone to and everyone that you send to him has nothing but good things to say.
