O.K., if we get one more E-mail about coping DVD’s we are going to scream!!!! We are sick of responding to these two questions:

First off, you can’t copy a copy protected DVD, at least not legally. And as the industry is worse then a rabid dog on going after folks that do, we are not going to tell you how to do it.

Lets make this very clear. There is no commercially available program out that will copy a copy protected DVD. This includes the banned XCOPY, etc. O.K., I know folks are paying up to $100.00 on ebay to get their hands on it. And it is a good program for copying DVD’s, but it will not copy any of the “newer” copy protected DVD”s. It is not that the copy protection on the DVD’s is so good, or hard to crack. It is that no one in their right minds wants to go up against the “industry” for selling the software.

So forget about “buying” any software that lets you copy a protected DVD. Yes, there are folks out there selling “Freeware” and Shareware” to crack the protection. But do you want to download a program made by a hacker, who sold it to you to do illegal things with, and hope it does not screw up your computer!

If you are hell bent on finding such software you are on your own, and will have to find things like DVD43 on you own. I just hope you live in a country that laughs at US laws.

Now if you are looking for over the counter software for coping DVD’S the best program that we have found is one called “1Click DVD Copy”. This program is as easy as it gets. We used it to copy some old DVD’s we had (as in the were not protected so don’t bug us about doing it, and we destroyed the discs after testing). We found it fast and easy. Like start the program. It can be as simple as making you or your business look like a Winner or as complicated as being so new and innovative that it solves long standing problems. A Winner can even be an old problem solver, or a basic product that has been around for some time but is now being offered at such a super price that it can now be a Winner for even the Guy or Gal on a budget.

Hopefully the industry will relax a small amount and let people make “back up” or “working copies” of DVD’s the have bought or received as gifts.
