Is It Time To Buy?

If you have not heard it let me be the one to tell you. Xerox is getting out of the SO business. SO??? That’s Small Office. It also covers HO (Home Office). But this article is not about Xerox exiting that business. This article is about “ Is now the time to buy a Xerox SOHO product?”

In short I would say yes. Now is a good time to buy a SOHO Xerox product.

Why?

Well first off they are not bad products to begin with, and Xerox is not going to leave you high and dry.

Also the very fact that they are leaving this market segment means that it’s time for them to sell off that inventory NOW.

This equals some very good deals out there on some nice equipment. So, if you’re in the market for a printer or multi-function machine, don’t forget to check out what is out there with the Xerox name on it.

No more “cartridges” in just a few years??? If someone attempts to scare you off a Xerox product by telling you that in a few years you will not be able to get Toner or Ink cartridges for it, forget them.

Look, even if Xerox gets a little stupid and decides to stop making them, and give up the very lucrative “supply” business the after market will keep you in “compatible” supplies for a very long time.

So, go out there or check on line. I think you will find that when you factor in the low price, nothing is going to beat the deals out there on Xerox stuff.
