Well as the headline says we are “Being Patient” THAT’S OVER!

When you open a new business it is very important to get your phone number listed. In this day and age of businesses failing left and right, time is of the essence. Getting you new phone number out there is right up their with turning on the power, getting it listed on 411 is another story.

After 3 months of not being listed on 411 and following up with Frontier Communications 3 to 4 times a week, we are getting ready to take them to court just to get listed on 411. Why does this happen? We have not just fallen through the cracks we follow up regularly.

Some one needs to write about this problem (Oh, I Am). If we are not listed on 411 by this Friday I will have to take the phone company to court. If you are having the same problem in your business let us know, a class action suit may be in order
