A Few Notes From My Memorial Day Vacation, To My Fellow Folks…

To the guy in the bigger than a football field motor home pulling the almost as big boat, at 35 miles per hour in a 65 mile an hour section of Highway 95.

When on a one-lane road (with no place to pass) when you get about 5 cars stuck behind you, you must pull out and let the traffic past you.  This is why, when you finally got to a two lane section, you had a two mile line of cars going past you, honking their horns and saluting you.

To the Guy and Gal in the small Honda out on the lone stretch of road between Needles and Laughlin.

The reason I pulled over behind you was to see if you needed help.  I did not know that at 3 in the afternoon, you mistook your car for a hotel room (one that rents by the hour).

To the guy in the new boat, that after spending two hours trying to set his boat anchor gave up and went home.

To the guy that started his Boat’s engine with swimmers still getting into the back of the boat.

Not only should you check out the link above but this one also: http://www.redcross.org/services/hss/courses/

Lastly to the guy that jumped into the water from the back of a moving boat.
