A First Look At Our New Home |
When I first thought about living in a town of only 30,000
people, I thought, "O.K., I like the small size, but what about things to
do? What about the things I need. Where
do you go shopping?"
After spending a little time exploring the city I found my
answers. Bullhead is a small town
with lots of big town conveniences.
More 24-hour pharmacies then you could ever need.
Several full size large chain supermarkets.
Big stores I have come to know. Like
K-Mart, J.C. Penney, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Smart and Final, Office Max, and the
biggest Wal-Mart I have ever seen.
For entertainment, it is only minutes to go into Laughlin
(right across the river). In
Laughlin I have all the entertainment I could ask for.
Live theater, concerts, movies, and a lot more.
And pretty much 24 hours a day.
Now if I'm really looking for some super entertainment, it
is only about 90 miles to Las Vegas!
And let’s not forget about all the Colorado River has to
offer!
Let’s throw in the lower cost of living, and the fact
that folks in Bullhead City live longer than the national average, and I ask you
"What's not to like".
Bullhead City Arizonian, you make a pretty good first impression.
